Do not leave your DNA test to chance, please choose an UKAS ISO17025 accredited laboratory.  Even if the company in question states that they are accredited ask to see a copy of their UKAS ISO17025 accreditation certificate with their own company name printed on it or check directly with the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS) at www.ukas.com/about-accreditation/accredited-bodies/Testing-laboratories-schedules.asp.  There are many unaccredited internet based companies that falsely claim that they have ISO17025 accreditation when they do not.  Do not be fooled, a DNA test from an accredited laboratory is not the same as a DNA test from an unaccredited company.  Do not compromise on quality.
