Alpha Biolabs is the only laboratory who can offer a same day DNA Paternity Test to the public. Our Legal DNA Paternity testing service follows a strict chain of custody and that is what make our test reports acceptable to the civil courts. Our strict chain of custody procedures involves:

· Samples being collected by a neutral third party such as a company nurse or a doctor.

· Sample donors are appropriately identified at their sample collection appointment(s) which a photograph and copy of suitable identification being obtained.

· Samples are sealed with tamper proof tape at the sample collection appointment and either hand delivered to our laboratory or by courier. Once the samples are logged into our laboratory the samples are thoroughly checked for tampering.

A same day Legal DNA Paternity Test is ideal if you require results immediately. Results are available by the end of the same business day, once the samples are received into our laboratory. Please note, DNA samples need to arrive into our laboratory before 10:00am to allow sufficient time to complete the DNA analysis on the same day.
