• Sending all literature and DNA sample collection kits in plain white envelopes with no company branding
• We destroy all samples within 3 months of the report date and all personal information is destroyed within 12 months of report date to ensure we are not holding any personal information for longer than we have to.
• We do not share your information with any other company or third party.
• For 'peace of mind' testing, you can opt out of providing your home address to help maintain confidentiality.
• The option to walk into our modern facilities in Warrington is available to save time.

In addition, we have an affordable payment option of paying 50% of your testing fee upon instruction and the remaining 50% once your report is ready.  No other laboratory goes further than we do to ensure a quick, hassle free service.

Paternity Test (3 working days)
A 'peace of mind' paternity test is suitable if you require a test for curiosity purposes only. Please note that results cannot be used for legal matters such as changing the name on a birth certificate or in family court proceedings. Samples are easy to collect and results are available within 3 working days once your DNA samples arrive at our laboratory or you will receive a £50 refund cheque with your DNA Paternity results. Your results will guarantee a minimum probability for a positive match or genetic inclusion of greater than 99.99% and 100% for an exclusion or negative result. Paternity Test (next day) 
A 'peace of mind' paternity test is suitable if you require a test for curiosity purposes only. Please note that results cannot be used for legal matters such as changing the name on a birth certificate or in family court proceedings. Samples are easy to collect and results are available before the end of the next business day, once the samples arrive at our laboratory. The result will guarantee a minimum probability for a positive match or inclusion of greater than 99.99% and 100% for an exclusion or negative result. Paternity Test (same day)
We are one of only a few laboratories in Europe who can offer a same day DNA paternity test. A 'peace of mind' paternity test is suitable if you require a test for curiosity purposes only. Please note that results cannot be used for legal matters such as changing the name on a birth certificate or in family court proceedings. Samples are easy to collect and results are available at the end of the business day, once the samples arrive at our laboratory.
